2009 Harley Sportster Prices

Will some motorcycle dealerships negotiate the price with you?

I’ve got the Kelly blue book value on some bikes I want to look at, which are less than what they are priced on the dealers online web page. I’ve seen some high markups mostly from Harley, since a brand new sportster is about 7k and they were charging 11k for a used one. The KBB value of a 2009 Yamaha 650 custom is $4,950 and the classic is $5,050, but are advertised still at $6,290 and $6,490. Do you think I can negotiate the price since I know the value of the motorcycle? (This includes advertising fee’s, transportation, ect.)
No, Debbie they’re the very same. Used 2009 883 low for 7k, brand new 2009 883 low for 11k

Yes. I have negotiated with a bike dealer to get a better price. I also play one dealer against another.
