what to wear with these boots?

Ralph Lauren took pole and Levi's jeans and Ralph Lauren. I do not expect very well together. any advice
any boot cut or straight leg jeans in blue or black or gray would be great with a shirt, t-shirts are better than the poles, the poles are too smart or dress shirts partly unbuttoned tasteful and not inside (see neglected)
