Apples and oranges. Where are you planning to ride? City or Touring.
The Sportster has a 2.1 gallon tank — about 80 miles a tankful.
The Softtail has a 5 gallon tank — about 200 miles a tankful.
Not to mention tubeless is better versus pretty spokes. 1700cc vs. 1200cc.
