Would I need to recalibrate a 2009 Harley Davidson Fatboy if I drilled out my baffles?

Wondering if I did this, which would change the exhaust, if I would need to get the bike recalibrated. I’m wanting a little bit more sound out of my bike as the reason for possibly doing it. Is there any chance that doing this could have negative effects on my bike? Thanks

Not recommended, it will not sound that good and in fact you may not like the sound at all. Others I have know have tried this and were very unhappy. Don’t get cheap on your Harley, you will be sorry later. Shop service departments, some installation prices are less money then others and quality of work will vary. Save some money and just get some slip ons installed at the dealer. Some slip ons need an FI adjustment and some does not. Just ask a good parts and/or service guy.
