how do i wire turn signals on a 2000 harley davidson softail?
trying to put on new turn signals.. would like step by step directions or a diagram if at all possible.
Right front turn signal:
Black – ground
Blue – Running Light
Brown – Right Directional
Left front Turn Signal
Black – ground
Blue – Running Light
Violet – Left Directional
Right Rear Turn Signal
Black – Ground
Brown – Right Directional
Left Rear Turn Signal
Black – Ground
Violet – Left Directional
The violet and brown wires can be traced back to the turn signal canceller module.
These color codes are common for most all late model Harley Dynas, Softtails, Sportsters and touring models
