where is the carb adjustment on a harley davidson sportster mod 1200 custom?
If the bike is a 2007 or newer, then it is fuel injected and does not have a carb.
If it has a carb, then the idle adjustment is on the right side of the carb, about mid way. follow the throttle cables and you should find it. the only other adjustment on the CV carb is the fuel air adjustment. it is located on the back side of the carb, and is covered by a aluminum cap that must be removed before any adjustment is possible.
If you are trying to increase performance, then you will need to re-jet, since neither of the two adjustments above will increase performance. Adjusting the fuel air screw could help if you are running too lean or too rich, but won’t really effect your overall performance.
