I want to submit an idea for a Harley Davidson shirt. How do I send my copyrite design

All matches are required to mailed. Do not accept email. I suppose I could send the design to myself and write while in the bottom of the sample (all Rights Reserved … etc)

I suggest you specify that it is a copy. Have notorized by a notary, then send it by certified mail yourself and never open unless necessary. You will have two official witnesses, the notary and after the date marked on the envelope. This will give some protection to you get the design patent. Be sure to do this before sending out your design to the company. Also mention any part of the design to be used without permission. Also keep a copy of what you send them and they have witnessed.
