2000 Harley Softail transmission fluid?

By changing my fluid looks as if the oil is emulsified transgender (creamy). In a cooled engine air water how can you make your way to the tranny fluid? washing and condensate accumulations guess. I use AMSOIL synthetic 50wt 20 to V-twins. Any idea to prevent this from happening would be appreciated. Thanks Janice. The bike has been sitting a long time. I try to travel at least once a month if the weather permits during winter. In leaking washing I considered condensate winter months. It can be very cold. Thanks again.

Condensate is to mount cold weather. The transmission is not as hot as the engine, or even the primary. Winter riding in New Hampshire – I so will oil. I blushed the mud and replaced.
