2004 Harley 1200c sportster starts stalls and then i get no power when i turn ignition key to restart,no light

i also get a buzzing sound at the speedometer when i turn the key off. maybe battery is low ?

Once a motorcycle engine starts, the engine itself can keep going even if the battery is low. Once I had to jump start my motorcycle but couldn’t get the jumper cables to fit onto the recessed battery terminals so I had to connect the positive cable directly to the jumper cable. Once I had the engine started, it continued to run even with no electrical power source while I reconnected the battery (although it was carbureted, a fuel injected bike might have trouble with no battery).
I still would assume it is related to the electrical system. Some fuses blow when they reach a certain temp but once they cool, they begin to function again. Maybe you have a short circuit somewhere an keep popping a fuse so that you can get it to start (battery sounds ok) but then shortly after it acts like the battery is dead.
