high idle one 2003 harley sportster 883?
less than 300 miles. old gas sence 2004. i drain the gas, and replace with 91 octain plus fuel injector cleaner. bike has a carburetor. now it idle high in neutral, and first gear
might have to take the carb apart and clean it out but id try and run a few tanks doing the same thing.. might even try adjusting the cable or adjust the carb.. i have a 2000 with over 70,000 ive not had the problem… take a look at the cable and work it back and forth see if its not stuck open some couldbe some dirtor rust in the handle
