my harley davidson sportster hesitates how do i fix it?
when i start my bike and let is warm up. when i rolled to throttle to rev the engine fast the bike hesitates bad and sometimes just dies.
You need to remove the plug that blocks the idle air screw. Then turn it about one turn CCW when looking at bottom of carb.
Its easy on that bike to take the carb off and do it on a bench.
Go to www.sportster.org and you can probably find instructions or ask.
