Yes, it’s a fine bike to start on. If anybody says it not, they can’t afford it. It’s the smallest bike that HD makes so you should be fine. What you’ll eventually find though, is that you are going to out grow it quickly. Take the rider training course. Ride safe and keep the rubber side down.
