Electrical problem on my Harley 883 Sportster?

When I try to start it, it just makes a clicking sound but the engine won’t start. I can jump it and it starts up fine. The headlights come on and the Speedometer gauge but the horn won’t make a sound (even if I jump it off and it’s running). My battery charger says the battery is charged. Any ideas?

bad battery. low amps cant be seen on charger. might have 12 volts but you need amperage or its no go. get a new battery
also take horn off and run it on a good battery straight on it to see if its bad. might be a button or loose wire
