2006 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 with 1100 miles on the clock. I keep hitting a false neutral between 1st/2nd?
This only happens when it goes up, especially outside lights, and seems worse if I'm leaning at all. Had back to the first service licensees that sorted for a few days. Distributor is 60 miles away and has a waiting list, so I want some idea before you take it back. Has anyone else had this problem?
I have a '06 883 with about 2200 miles on it and if this is very annoying. My bike has the exact same thing and have complained that since the first week of ownership. I have experienced another Harley rider you visit and the same goes for him. I complained to my distributor and factory representative long time and both told me to be more firm with this change … Well, whatever. It is not rite … I know that is not rite … and it makes me so damn mad when I / we have spent this kind of money. I feel your pain!
