Is a 2004 Diamo Freedom 50cc a motorcycle?
I found an individual selling a 2004 Diamo Freedom 50cc listed as a motorcycle. I went and looked at it, and it looked like a slightly scaled down crusier bike (kinda like a harley sportster). I am interested in learning to ride a motorcyle and not neccessarily a moped lol, so any help in solving the problem of if this is a good bike to start out with would be appreciated.
I mainly looked at this one because the price (approx $900 was in my price range.)

Yes, it is a motorcycle, although, most people would consider it a toy, a playbike, something Gramps puts on the back of his camper. Sure you could ride it, but, if you have any size to you your going to look kind of silly on it. Personally, I would find something bigger, there are 125 150 and 200cc bikes being sold that are only a little more money and are more full sized. You could also finance something bigger and pay by the month, its the American way, just sign on the dotted line !!!!!
