Any Blower/Turbo/Supercharger systems for an ’02 HD Sportster 1200?
I have a 2002 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200, that i paid off and am very happy with the bike overall (no desire at all to trade in towards a different or larger Harley, the sportster fits me well).
I was thinking that it would be cool to make my harley stand out a bit by running forced induction on it, both for the performance gain, and for having something very rare. I realize that if i just want a bike that is faster, i should go with a larger harley such as a Softail, or buy my friend’s Hayabusa, but obviously i don’t want a different bike, just to enhance the sportster i own and love.
Are there any currently produced turbocharger, supercharger, or blower setups for this bike? Did they make any in the past i might find on ebay? Are there places that can custom-build a blower or turbo onto this bike for under $4,000?
Check out cas4.com they sell bolt on supercharger kits. Pretty spendy though. If you go to their home page the supercharger kits are kind of hard to find. If you google Harley Sportster supercharger you’ll get there.
