Is there a basketball coach Columbus Ohio high school that would like to help start a local AAU team? UCA Ohio
I'm trying to build a team 17U AAU basketball in Columbus Ohio. I have it all figured out, I just need a coach who could handle a program like this: Real Deal On The Hill, Fayetteville, Arkansas (April 6-8) Houston Kingwood Classic, Houston, Texas (April 18-20) King James Shooting Stars Classic-Akron, Ohio (April 27-29) Wallace Prather Memorial in Atlanta, Georgia (May 4-6) Nike Memorial Day Classic-Nashville, Tennessee (May 26-28) Adidas It Takes 5ive Classic in Cincinnati, Ohio (July 5-8) Shootout Elite-Bloomington, Indiana (July 9-11) Triple "S" Harley Davidson Jam Fest, Morgantown, West Virginia (July 14-16) The Main Event $ 575-Las Vegas, Nevada (July 22-26) Powerhouse Tour National Cleveland, Ohio (July 28-29), any takers? I like the name "New York Nightmare" for a computer name. these are the best tournaments around the country therefore have to be a coach seriously. Perhaps a JV coach or assistant, or freshman coach or something. grade players 9, 10 and 11.
You should check with the local house league (non-competitive teams), coaches are always voluntary, but there are those who want to do something more than voluntary. Just check the local leagues and perhaps also visit local high schools. Good luck!
